Whole Wheat Oatmeal Pancakes - Mom to Mom Nutrition

Pulsed a few times in a food processor or blender, 2. Tasty and filling and a reasonably healthy alternative to the sugar-laden breakfasts that my toddler would normally prefer. Thank you for transforming our-morning routine! I also did add chopped up strawberries to the batter which was both pretty and yummy. I also added a cap-ful of vanilla and a good dash of cinnamon. These were delicious! It was like eating warm chocolate chip banana bread for breakfast!

From there, despite that, the whittling began. We both enjoyed them immensely!

I love these! Especially if you want something that healthy and filling on a cold February morning. Was just wondering if old fashioned would work… thanks! Sorry Mrs. I simply threw everything in. I did give the milk-yogurt-oat-salt mixture 30 seconds in the microwave, then probably 45 minutes on the counter. They are delicious, perfect, wholesome and filling. Talk about a sleep deprived Mom.

My family really enjoyed these. These thick, rich, delicious yogurt pancakes are a breakfast winner both in taste and nutrition, made with whole wheat flour, Greek yogurt, and blueberries. Make up a batch, freeze them in packets of three, and thaw in the microwave for a quick, substantial breakfast.

I did add vanilla to taste. It should be a very thick but still be of pourable consistency. Did it take longer to clean the pomegranate than it did to put these together?

Whole Wheat Yogurt Pancakes (with blueberries!)

Like most parents, the idea of making homemade pancakes in the morning is a nice idea. This is genius!

Let sit for one hour, or refrigerate overnight. My 6 yo son loved these!

The resulting pancakes were almost, dare I say… healthy-ish? Total 30 mins. And you might want to add the baking powder mixing it really, really well, before cooking. My kids will be lucky if there are any left for breakfast tomorrow.
